Abstract

The article presents the results of psychoemotional problems and the emotional functioning of 6-year-old children with disabilities in the conditions of preschool educational organizations of a compensatory orientation.
It was found that children with disabilities, in comparison with practically healthy peers, more often experience problems in the emotional and personal sphere, which is confirmed by the presence of an increased feeling of anxiety, fear, and emotional imbalance. The blocked need for warm interpersonal relationships in these children, the oppression of the ability to defend their position, a significant degree of psychoemotional stress, contribute to the emergence of social shyness, self-doubt.
Low indicators of emotional functioning according to the data of PedsQL 4.0 children's questionnaire, in comparison with the parental version, indicate an insufficiently adequate understanding of parents about the emotional well-being of their children and dictate the need to take into account the opinions of not only the parents, but also the child himself.

Abstract

In recent years, according to the data of social and hygienic monitoring in the Russian Federation, there has been a general stable tendency to reduce the gross emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere in the territories of a number of industrial regions, but there are territories with high levels of air pollution, which include the Chelyabinsk region. The assessment of the quality of atmospheric air was carried out according to the content of 37 pollutants (8733 studies). In the dynamics of 6 years (2013–2018), there is a wave-like trend in the number of sampling and the percentage of samples exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants in the atmospheric air of the Chelyabinsk region, and at the same time, there is a decrease in the percentage of samples exceeding the maximum permissible concentration of pollutants substances more than 5 MPC.
In order to timely identify, assess and reduce the aerogenic risk to the health of the population of the cities of the participants of the federal program “Clean Air” when studying the impact of atmospheric air pollution on the health of the population of the region, it was revealed that pollution above hygienic standards contributes to the growth of non-infectious diseases of the population, primarily respiratory diseases (chronic unspecified bronchitis, emphysema, bronchial asthma) and malignant neoplasms (cancer of the trachea, bronchi, lung).
The authors analyzed the reasons for the lack of effectiveness of the measures carried out, indicated in the comprehensive plans, namely, the lack of detailed calculations for each pollutant emitted into the atmospheric air from a specific source and for assessing the risk of the impact of atmospheric pollutants on human health.

Abstract

Citrulline is a non-proteinogenic amino acid that is involved both in free form and in peptides (peptidylcitrulline) in many important metabolic processes. Quantification of citrulline is an analytical technology in demand in various fields. Unfortunately, not all currently available methods for the quantitative determination of citrulline have satisfactory analytical performance and/or availability. For this reason, the development of new methods for the quantitative determination of this metabolite is an urgent task. The proposed modified method is based on the microdiffusion distillation of ammonia, an accessible and easily implemented approach that makes it possible to accurately determine the citrulline content in solutions and biological samples.

Abstract

Over the past decades, there has been a steady rising trend in cancer incidence in Russia. The number of cases increases annually by an average of 1.5%. In 2019, 640.4 thousand new cases were detected. It is a record figure of rate which is 2.5% higher than in 2018. According to the P. Hersen Moscow Oncology Research Institute, the leading nosological forms in the detection by women were breast cancer (BC) and uterine body cancer (RTM) — 51.6% and 18.8%, resp. By men — lung cancer (RL) and prostate cancer (PCa) — 47.5% and 41.5% of all cases by men, resp.
