ORIGINAL RESEARCH
The environmental factors influencing the formation of congenital anomalies, deformations and chromosomal abnormalities (Q00–Q99) in children have been studied using the example of a large industrial center of the Southern Urals — the city of Chelyabinsk.
It has been established that the leading risk factors are a high level of pollution of habitat components with xenobiotics. The share of atmospheric air samples exceeding the MPC in 2020 increased 2.4 times, the water quality in 75.0% of samples did not meet the hygienic requirements for chemical oxygen consumption (66.7%), manganese content (25.0%), iron (8.3%), there is a tendency to an increase in soil pollution in the residential area of the city in terms of sanitary-chemical, microbiological indicators, and lead content.
Statistically significant relationships were established between primary morbidity and the total volume of emissions into the environment (R=0,93; p<0.01).
The highest levels of non-carcinogenic risk were identified, assessed by the hazard ratios from copper exposure (HQ=5.625); formaldehyde (HQ=2.875); benzo(a)pyrene (HQ=2.37); manganese (HQ=1.95); suspended solids (HQ=1.46).
It has been shown that congenital malformations are most common in newborns and children under one year of age. In the structure of congenital malformations, the first place is taken by malformations of the circulatory system (Q10–Q18) (24.1%), the second place is taken by congenital malformations of the central nervous system (Q00–Q07) (20.5%), in third place are chromosomal abnormalities (Q90–Q99) (17.9%). The proportion of multiple malformations was 15.1%.
Congenital anomalies and malformations (Q00–Q99) rank second (15.32%) in the structure of primary disability in children and adolescents aged 0–17 years.
The 83 girls adolescents at 13 to 15 age with autoaggressive behavior and emotion disorders were researched which verificated in diagnosis “the mixed disorder of the behavior and emotion” F92 of the ICD-10. As a result of the study, the main forms of autoaggressive behavior were identified: demonstrative blackmail in adolescents with hysteroid and hyperthymic character traits that require attention from parents, with manipulative ways of interacting with loved ones, the level of depression corresponded to mild (52 points) or moderate (61 points), the cuts were superficial in the forearm area. True suicidal attempt was noted in adolescents with schizoid, sensitive and epileptoid character traits, the level of depression corresponded to moderate (65 points) and severe (71 points), the cuts were deep in the shoulder and thighs. The help was provided in a hospital setting with complex psychopharmacotherapy and psychological methods, followed by recommendations for further outpatient treatment.
Nowadays, there is an increase in children with various developmental disabilities that are systemic in nature, affect both the mental and physical spheres, cause changes in behavior, deform personality. The importance of a comprehensive examination of children in the conditions of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission (PMPC) is increasing. This is ensured through effective interdisciplinary interaction of specialists who carry out holistic, complex, consistent, systematic professional diagnostics and provides support for students with developmental and behavioral disabilities. Based on the results of the survey, a system of special conditions is being developed, which is based on knowledge of ontogenetic patterns of development, about the necessary conditions that contribute to the adaptation and self-realization of the individual in society. An integrated approach and interdisciplinary interaction of specialists, which is successfully implemented in the conditions of PMPC.

COOPERATION WITH HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS
Among the methods of measuring blood pressure, its daily monitoring is a separate hardware technique, with its own protocols for conducting, registering the results and interpreting them. A feature of the recommendations is a practical orientation in a real diagnostic process and a clinical module that allows you to gain knowledge, skills and abilities to work with a patient with arterial hypertension in conditions of “white coat” hypertension, masked hypertension. A special place is occupied by the assessment and interpretation of daily monitoring of blood pressure in conditions of high normal blood pressure.
