Инструменты оценки доменов псориатического артрита, достоинства и недостатки

Актуальность проблемы адекватной оценки активности псориаза и псориатического артрита не вызывает сомнений.

Цель исследования — провести анализ преимуществ и недостатков существующих шкал тяжести псориаза и псориатического артрита. Разнообразие клинических проявлений псориатической болезни обуславливает наличие множества индексов. В клинических рекомендациях для практикующих врачей представлены индексы для отдельных клинических доменов или комплексные, объединяющие несколько показателей.

Результаты и выводы. Разрозненность практических инструментов диктует поиск универсального индекса для дерматологов и ревматологов в определении тактики ведения пациентов с псориатической болезнью
