Острый тромбоз воротной вены у пациентов без цирроза и злокачественных новообразований печени

   Цель работы: рассмотреть варианты течения, диагностики и лечения острого тромбоза воротной вены.

   Материалы и методы: для поиска научных публикаций применяли базы данных PubMed, РИНЦ, поисковую систему Google Scholar, а также пристатейные списки литературы. Статьи, соответствующие цели обзора, отбирали за период с 1999 по 2020 гг. по следующим терминам: «острый тромбоз воротной вены», «острая мезентериальная ишемия», «патогенез», «диагностика», «лечение». Критерии включения ограничивались острым тромбозом воротной вены у пациентов без цирроза и злокачественных новообразований печени.

   Результаты и выводы: острый тромбоз воротной вены у пациентов без цирроза и злокачественных новообразований печени встречается редко. Основную роль в диагностике играют методы визуализации (дуплексное ультразвуковое сканирование, мультиспиральная компьютерная и магнитно-резонансная томография). Своевременная диагностика необходима для предотвращения осложнений, таких как инфаркт кишечника, сепсис, кавернозная трансформация воротной вены. Лечение острого тромбоза воротной вены заключается в реканализации тромбированной вены, предотвращении распространения тромба на мезентериальные сосуды и инфаркта кишечника, а также коррекции сопутствующих заболеваний.
