Возможности консервативного лечения пациентов с хронической венозной недостаточностью нижних конечностей С6–С6r и ранее ликвидированными поверхностными венами

Венозные трофические язвы широко распространены, затрагивают около 1% взрослого населения и представляют значительное социальное и экономическое бремя. Отдельной категорией пациентов являются лица с незаживающими или рецидивно возникшими язвами после ранее перенесенных открытых или эндоваскулярных операций на поверхностных венах ввиду их варикозного расширения. Нами наблюдались 13 подобных больных без сахарного диабета – 5 мужчин и 8 женщин. Средний возраст составил 58,7±5,3 лет. В соответствии с российскими и зарубежными клиническими рекомендациями выполнялась компрессия пораженных конечностей трехслойными бандажами, а также назначалась адъювантная флеботропная терапия. После санации и щадящего дебридмента применялись суперабсорбирующие повязки Zetuvit Plus Silicone с контактным слоем из силикона. Пациенты лечились амбулаторно, смена покрытия производилась через 3–5 дней, далее эти сроки расширялись. Улучшение отмечалось начиная с 7–8 суток. К исходу второго месяца у 11 из 13 человек рана зажила, у одного больного существенно уменьшилась в размерах. Исходя из представленного опыта, повязки Zetuvit Plus Silicone соответствуют современной концепции влажного ведения хронических ран с обильной экссудацией, обеспечивают активное поглощение отделяемого и неприятного запаха, создают оптимальный микроклимат и условия для заживления, защищают уязвимую кожу вокруг раны, сохраняют температурную стабильность и с психосоциальным комфортом для пациентов позволяют приходить к хорошим результатам консервативного лечения, в частности, при ранее удаленных поверхностных венах.
