Изучить закономерности влияния факторов риска радиационной и нерадиационной природы на смертность среди пациентов, обследованных при помощи ПЭТ-КТ. Материал и методы. Проанализированы данные за период с 2010 по 2019 годы. В многофакторной модели с применением логистической регрессии оценено влияние факторов риска – ионизирующего излучения при лучевой терапии, компьютерной томографии, профессиональном облучении работников, и нерадиационных факторов, таких как пол, возраст, стадия злокачественного новообразования и назначение химиотерапии. Результаты и выводы. Исследование показало статистически значимое влияние стадии злокачественного новообразования и количества предшествующих обследований при помощи компьютерной томографии на смертность среди онкологических пациентов, обследованных при помощи ПЭТ-КТ. Выявлено отсутствие достоверной связи возраста на момент первого обследования, пола пациента, количества выполненных ПЭТ-исследований, а так же лучевой терапии на смертность от всех причин.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study is to investigate the risk factors of radiation and non-radiation nature influencing the mortality among patients examined using PET-CT. Material and methods. The data for the period from 2010 to 2019 were analyzed. In a multivariate model using logistic regression, the significance of the impact of risk - the ionizing radiation due to radiation therapy, computed tomography, occupational exposure of workers, as well as non-radiation risk factors such as gender, age, stage of malignancy and chemotherapy has been analyzed. Results and conclusions. The study showed a significant increase in the mortality depending on stage of malignancy, as well as amount of previous computed tomography examinations.
