Введение. Паховая эктопия яичка является редким осложнением после пластики паховой грыжи. И в современной литературе существует малое количество статей, посвященное этой проблеме.

Цель исследования

Цель исследования. Изучить механизмы подъема яичка после операции по поводу паховой грыжи у детей, и методы лечения данного осложнения.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. На базе ЧОДКБ проведен ретроспективный анализ медицинских карт детей мужского пола, перенесших пластику паховой в период с января 2018г. по декабрь 2023г. Были идентифицированы те, кто перенес последующие орхопексии по поводу ипсилатерального крипторхизма. Были исключены крипторхизмы, которые были неправильно диагностированы.

 Результаты

 Результаты. Всего было пролечено 1140 мальчиков с паховыми грыжами, из них 978(86%) оперированы лапароскопически по методике PIRS, а 162(14%) выполнялось открытое грыжесечение. У 9(0.7%) детей после операции выявлено эктопированное яичко в паху. Во время орхиопексии обширные спайки и рубцы в паховом канале были обнаружены только в 2 случаях после открытой пластики. Влагалищный отросток оставался интактным после лапароскопической пластики и частично после открытого грыжесечения.

Заключение

Заключение. Эктопия яичка у пациентов, перенесших пластику паховой грыжи, можно успешно лечить с помощью орхопексии, выполняемой посредством пахового доступа.

Introduction

Introduction. Inguinal ectopic testis is a rare complication after inguinal hernia repair. And in modern literature there are a small number of articles devoted to this problem.

Purpose of the study

Purpose of the study. To study the mechanisms of testicular elevation after surgery for inguinal hernia in children, and methods of treating this complication.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. A retrospective analysis of the medical records of male children who underwent inguinal plastic surgery in the period from January 2018 was carried out on the basis of the Children's Children's Clinical Hospital. until December 2023 Those who underwent subsequent orchiopexies for ipsilateral cryptorchidism were identified. Cryptorchidisms that were misdiagnosed were excluded.

Results

Results. A total of 1140 boys with inguinal hernias were treated, of which 978 (86%) were operated on laparoscopically using the PIRS technique, and 162 (14%) underwent open hernia repair. In 9 (0.7%) children, an ectopic testicle in the groin was detected after surgery. During orchiopexy, extensive adhesions and scars in the inguinal canal were found only in 2 cases after open plastic surgery. The processus vaginalis remained intact after laparoscopic repair and partially after open hernia repair.

Conclusion

Conclusion. Ectopic testicles in patients undergoing inguinal hernia repair can be successfully treated with orchiopexy performed through the inguinal approach.
